Becca x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Glow Face Pallet Review

Lets all just take a moment to admire the beauty of this pallet...Have you ever seen anything so stunning!! We all know Jaclyn Hill has serious style so I expect nothing less from her collaboration with Becca Cosmetics.

Jaclyn Hill is a very well known beauty Youtuber with over 3 million subscribers and has collaborated with Becca Cosmetics before to create the highly sought after Champagne Pop highlighter.

When Jaclyn revealed that she was working with Becca again but this time it was a whole collection!! I couldn't wait to find out more..

The Champagne Glow Collection includes:

The only item I really wanted was the face pallet since I would get the most use out of it. I pre ordered mine on the Space NK website which cost me £48. It is limited edition and I know the pallet sold out very quickly but I am sure the other items are still available on the Spack NK website and in some stores.

The pallet itself is so beautiful with its white and gold sleek packaging with gold confetti splashed all over the cover. The gold is carried on inside the pallet with a mirrored effect. There is also a HUGE mirror inside, nothing I have seen before in a pallet, what could be better? It looks so fancy and luxurious which tbh we all expect from Jaclyn Hill right?

If you are familiar with Becca's pressed products then you would know how fragile they are, the amount of people that have posted RIP CHAMPAGNE POP is ridiculous! In this packaging it is very sturdy so I think it will be fine to take travelling with you. I will be taking it away with me to visit my mum down south so we will see how it lasts in my luggage!

The pallet has 3 blush shades and 2 full size highlighters..

Rose Spritz - Luminous soft peachy pink with pale gold shimmer. This used alone gives such a gorgeous healthy glow to the skin. Highly pigmented and easy to blend like the rest of the pallet so I won't repeat myself too much on that part. Will work on any skin tone and can be builded ontop of other products in the pallet

Amaretto - Described as a matte toasted almond colour. This could easily be a bronzer on me though because I am so pale but on deeper skin tones this would look so pretty! Can see this working well underneath Rose Spritz to bring some luminosity back to the cheeks or just pairing it with Champagne Pop or Prosecco Pop!

Pamplemousse - Warm matte coral pink in colour, this packs some serious pigment so I have to be very light handed. This looks perfect when it is lightly dusted on top of bronzer to give a nice flush of colour to the cheeks. Great shade for the Summer time.

Champagne Pop - Jaclyns original creation, this is a really nice pale champagne colour with peachy undertones, like the name suggests. Very pigmented and even when my makeup doesn't last all day, this certainly stays put! Like all Becca highlights this is super creamy and blends like a dream.

Prosecco Pop - As Jaclyn says, Champagne Pops little sister. This is a lovely pure warm gold highlight, it is abit too intense for my fair skin but mixed in with Champagne Pop it looks really pretty. Also makes a great eyeshadow.

Overall I think this is a great pallet, the value altogether compared to how much you pay is amazing. If you can I would highly recommend picking it up! Jaclyn has done really well with picking shades that would suit all skin tones and work well together. You can layer up all these products to make your own custom look if you like to experiment rather than just sticking to 1 shade all the time.

I hope you liked this post, I tried my best to keep it short and sweet..You all know I can blab on too much sometimes! If I have missed any key points out and would like to know more than send me a message or comment! :)

Let me know your thoughts on the Champagne Glow collection in the comments below! My favourite out of the pallet has to be Rose Spritz blush! Gorgeous!!
