Top 10 products under £10

As much as I love to indulge in high end items, myself and others often forget you can still get high quality products on the high street, or drugstore for my American chums, for a fraction of the price.

I have gathered together my top 10 beauty products which are all under £10. Some I think are even better than the high end versions you can get.

You don't need to spend a fortune to find a great quality item..

Collection Speedy Highlighter - Pearl Sheen £3.99

For £3.99 this is an absolute steal!

This is a beautiful cream highlight that comes in a handy roll up chubby stick which you can use directly onto the skin or apply with a brush which is what I prefer to do

It isn't glittery in the slightest so it gives off a nice pearl sheen to the skin, exactly like the name suggests. It applies really nicely and smooth giving a natural healthy glow to the cheekbones.

Collection #BlushandGlow Blush Pallet - £4.99

This is such a handy pallet to have, especially for travelling because it covers everything you need to complete any look.

It includes a matte bronzer, a highligher and 2 blushers.. one being a matte formula which is a lighter shade and the other has a tad shimmer to it and is a darker shade of pink. Really nice and blendable on the skin.

Maybelline Eye Pallet - The Nudes - £7.99

Took me a while to give this a go but I have been getting into eyeshadow alot more recently and wanted to try something different from the high street.

Usually I just reach for my Morphe 35K pallet that I mentioned in my Januray Favourites but recently this pallet has replaced that one. You don't usually see many eyeshadow pallets on the high street and this was a good find for me.

I find the shadows are fairly pigmented and has a good range of neutral mattes and shimmers, both great for day time or a night time look. I love the fact it has a matte black aswell which I use as eyeliner, I prefer this method so much more than using a gel or felt liner.

Great quality item for the affordable price

If you love hand creams and you love the typical S&G scent then this is a must have! For only £5.50 you get quite a large amount which lasts ages and for £2.50 you can get a travel size one which is perfect to chuck in your handbag.

This isn't greasy like others I have tried and leaves your hands feeling moisturised and hydrated from the shea butter and smelling sweet from the marshmallow, strawberries and mandarin which is infused into it.

Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge - £5.99

Everybody says this is a dupe for the Beauty Blender, some even say it is better. I have recently jumped on the beauty blender band wagon and forced myself to spend £16 for a sponge to see the comparisons.

I use this damp to apply my foundation, especially foundations that are more heavy on the skin because the dampness of the sponge helps sheer it out a little bit and it works so well, blending it all out seamlessly and quickly. It does soak up quite abit of product compared to a beauty blender which is a down point but for the price I can't complain.
It does get abit grubby easily but I prefer this over my beauty blender. It does the same job at a cheaper price.

Lush Bubble Gum Lip Scrub - £5.50

This is the only lip scrub I will ever use. Does the job of exfoliating my lips perfectly, without feeling too harsh and leaves my lips feeling smooth and hydrated. Also tastes like bubblegum which makes me want to eat it all!

For £5.50 it lasts ages and doesn't break the bank.

Maybelline Lash Sensational - £7.99

In my opinion this is the best mascara on the high street. It has a rubber wand rather than a fibre bristle which I think works better for gripping onto every lash you have, even the little ones.

This makes your lashes looks super thick and long but without the clumps. Looks super black on the lashes, doesn't fade and holds a curl throughout the day really well.

Also this is a dupe for the Benefit Roller Lash mascara. Deffo in my top 10 and I reckon always will be.

L'Oreal Elvive Extraordinary Hair Oil - £9.99

Haircare is never something I really bother about, although I should since my hair is bleached and quite damaged. But this oil is something I can't be without.

I use this when my hair is damp before blow drying since it has heat protection, when dry before straightening and also after styling to keep my hair feeling smooth.

Using this everytime I wash my hair really helps with managing my frizzy and dry hair. This is full of great oils to keep hair feeling nourished, shiny and smooth.

If I stop using this then I really see a difference in the texture in my hair, it ends up like straw and really knotty. Worth every penny!

Barry M Nail Paint Range - £2.99 - £4.99

The whole Barry M range is my favourite. Such affordable nail products which doesn't lack in quality. They offer so many different shades in different formulas and each one lasts such a long time on the nails when a good base and top coat is used.

All the nail polishes I have tried from Barry M have been really pigmented and none have ever applied patchy.

Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipsticks - £8.99

These have been mentioned on my blog a few times now and for good reason. Really nice and pigmented formula, although it isn't pure matte like the name suggests but it is a more creamy/satin matte formula that I actually prefer in my lipsticks..still really nice and comfortable to wear.

I only own one from the Ultra HD range which is Devotion but I am sure the rest of the colours are gorgeous too..sadly none of the others are my type of style but I would love to hear peoples thoughts on them..

For the price I think they are really great and I will continue to repurchase these whenever mine run low.

Thanks for reading :)
