March Empties: Hit or Miss

Throughout February/March I seemed to finish quite a few products all at once so I thought I would share with you my thoughts om each item and whether I think they are a HIT or MISS

I have mentioned all these products except one in previous posts so I won't talk too much about them but I will leave links to each post down below if anybody is interested. :)

The first empty is my favourite serum of all time..

The Lanoline Manuka Honey Skin Firming Serum, this is so good for anyone with spot prone skin! I used this everyday, morning and night after cleansing and it cleared up my skin so well and helped with my texture aswell. This is a New Zealand brand which you can't get here in the UK, I was lucky enough to pick mine up in TK Maxx for £7.99 but sadly can't find it anywhere anymore. It will be greatly missed.

Next up is the Kiehls Ultimate Strength Hand Salve which is the best hand cream I have ever used. I have already repurchased this and will continue to do so! This leaves my hands feeling so hydrated and smooth like no other cream has done, it really feels like it is penetrating deep into the skin and doing its job. Smells lovely and fresh aswell which is a bonus. I have the travel size which is 30ml so it is perfect for throwing in your handbag. The next size up is 75ml which retails for £14.

Now this is something I haven't spoken about before on my blog, it is the OPI Quick Drying Drops. These drops are probably the best invention ever made, no joke. We all know the struggle of painting our nails and getting on with the day then smudging them..PAIN IN THE ASS! But with these drops, that struggle is no more. A couple of drops on each nail and they are completely dry and smudge proof! I love this, very sad that I have now ran out!

An old faithful of mine, the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water. I have so many back up bottles of this so I am always prepared since I go through these like water..literally. This is the only thing I will use to take off my makeup before a second cleanse since I don't like makeup removers that come in balm form etc etc. Doesn't break me out and makes my skin feeling super clean.

It has taken me a long time to use this up, I went through a stage of having really dry skin and needed a primer to help so I purchased the GOSH Primer Plus + Hydration primer. I didn't have dry skin for long but I carried on using this despite being oily. Worked really well on dry skin but on my oily skin this is no good for me, so because of that I would say this is a miss. But if you have dry skin then I would recommend trying this out.

My all time favourite night cream, the Origins High-Potency Night-a-Mins Night Cream. Leaves my skin feeling really plump and moisturised the next day. I love it so much I have already purchased 2, one as a back up and one to replace the empty one. Great product, even with my oily skin.
