February Favourites 2016

I feel like I have blinked and suddenly March is here, where did the month go?! I can't believe I am sat here talking about my monthly favourites already. It has been another great month for trying out new products and experimenting abit more with items out of my comfort zone. Here is what I've been loving in the month of February.

This Nars bronzer is quickly becoming my favourite and I am sure many of you would agree if you have tried it also, if not then you need to! I have used it everyday for the past 3 months and as you can see I have already made quite a big dent in it. It isn't too orange so I think it looks lovely on my pale skin and doesn't come off patchy or hard to blend either. Does have a very slight shimmer to it but is really nice to dust over cream bronzers aswell giving your skin abit more colour with a nice sun kissed look. It is quite pricey for a bronzer but it is well worth the money in my opinion.

I have been using this mascara for a long time now inbetween other products but recently this is the only one I have been picking up. It has a rubber wand which is what I prefer rather than a fibre bristle one. It is very black in colour, not the greyish type of black like other mascaras can be. This really does pick up every lash and makes them look really volumised and gives great length without clumping up my lashes. I would say this is very similar to my Benefit Roller Lash mascara so if you are planning on giving that a try but don't want to spend the money then I would recommend giving this a look first.

I have been after a new eyebrow product for a while now, usually I prefer powders to pencils or pomades but my friend Kayla recommended this pencil from Soap and Glory. She swears by it and I trust her judgment. I picked it up and the first time using it I fell in love, makes my eyebrows look really natural and plump. The colour I got mine in is Hot Chocolate and matches perfectly, very quick and easy to use and has a spoolie on the other side which is very handy to blend out product for a more natural look.

When I first seen this in Boots I was very intrigued, I am not much of a cream bronzer/highlight kind of person, I much prefer my powder products but when I swatched this in store it was lovely. The bronzing shade blends really nicely on the skin and isn't too dark or orange for my skintone and great for getting that chisled contour look. Looks very natural and doesn't come off patchy like other products I have tried which is what put me off trying cream products in the first place. Not too keen on the highlight shade but I am never pleased with cream highlights, looks way too cakey on my skin but still a lovely shade and blends nicely.

As we all know, CT is my favourite brand for lipsticks, if you seen my Highend Wishlist post then you would know that I had 2 lipsticks from Charlotte Tilbury on my list, Bond Girl and Amazing Grace. Shortly after that post I ended up purchasing them both and I am very glad I did. Bond girl is a stunning muted brown which suits my skin tone nicely and I can wear it everyday without looking too intense, it has been the only lipstick I have been reaching for since I bought it. Like the other CT lipsticks they last so long on the lips, feel very creamy but still giving that matte look and they all smell amazing which is a bonus.

Galaxy Golden Eggs - £1
I know my blog is all about beauty but I had to throw in these delicious Easter treats in to my favourites. Ever since Zoella mentioned these on her Youtube I had to give them a try. Big mistake because now I can't stop eating them. These are galaxy chocolate eggs with crunchy caramel wrapped in gold. They are so good but they go so fast. I will be sad when Easter is over and these disappear from store shelves! If you haven't already give them a try.
